An alternate history victoria 2 mod built off of arkhometha's HPM mod. Cheat Pack Victoria 2 Jan 5 2018 Released Aug 2017 Real Time Strategy Originally designed to test features for my upcoming Rome Total War mod it works either as a modding tool or a amusing cheat pack. Mods can be downloaded and installed manually from User Modifications sub-forum (game registration needed).
